Delete your account

In the app (fastest): Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account. It happens right away.

What's deleted: your sign-in, devices, keys and recovery backups, your private items (journal, private moods and answers, notifications), your Google connection, and any home where you're the only person. In homes you share, your name becomes "Former housemate" so shared records like past expenses still add up, and the home's keys are replaced. A web subscription is cancelled; an App Store or Play subscription you cancel in your phone's settings.

Can't open the app? Email privacy@warmglowapp.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days (usually much sooner), and tell you when it's done. Encrypted backups roll off within 7 days after that.
